Today, students from Genesse Community Charter School in Rochester, NY, took a field trip to the CRW/California Skateparks’ offices in Carlsbad to learn what goes into the planning, designing and building of a skatepark. The students are studying to plan and develop for (4) possible skateparks in their communities, as well as, help prevent youth crime in the future. Jaxon Steazel, a California Skateparks designer, was here to show them the ropes and give a tour of the Crossroads Skatepark and DC/Monster Vert Ramp. Our future is looking bright!
