Sixty-four of Southern California’s top skaters filled the Del Mar Arena June 17, 2012 for the Pro/Am Event featuring the innovative Red Bull Triple Set. With $5,000 prize purse up for grabs, competitors fed off the crowd’s energy and used the 15-minute jam time allotted to the fullest, impressing the judges and setting off a flurry of camera flashes. The contest ran 5 heats of 10 riders with Manny Santiago taking first and a sweet $3,000, followed by last year’s winner Ryan Decenzo who took home $1,500 and Tyson Bowerbank in third for $500.
